Preservation Thursday: Life During the American Civil War
DEADWOOD – The Adams Museum and the Deadwood Historic Preservation Commission will host a presentation by South Dakota Humanities Council Speaker’s Bureau scholar Lois Beckner at 12 noon on Thursday, March 25, 2010. Beckner will chronicle the human side of the Civil War, examining ideology, lifestyle and culture in both the North and the South.
