Contest not open to residents of Puerto Rico, Rhode Island or Florida. Original entry forms ONLY, no photocopies considered. No refunds or store credits will be issued for prizes won. No purchase necessary. Entry forms are also available in Tuesday’s edition of the Rapid City Journal and in the lobby of the newspaper at 507 Main Street, Rapid City, SD 57701. Completed entry forms due every Friday at 4:00 p.m. for the week. The Rapid City Journal reserves the right to make all final decisions. Two winners per week. Winning entries selected by random drawing from all correct entries every Monday at noon and announced in the next day’s newspaper and online. Weekly prizes must be claimed within 15 days or they will be forfeited. Winners will be notified by telephone and must formally accept prize within 72 hours of notification. The Rapid City Journal and Lee Enterprises employees, independent contractors and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
